Skills Brand identity
Brand identity for food and drink brands
A food brand has to earn its place twice: once in the buyer’s office, once on the shelf. Prowlup builds identities that do both, with a strategic reason to exist, and a visual system distinctive enough to be recognised from across the aisle.
Strategy first
Purpose, positioning, personality, naming. We define the strategic spine of the brand before designing anything, starting from the category: what every competitor says, and what only you can claim. In our Barakat concept, that meant a single promise, nothing but fruit, carried by one colour per flavour instead of the usual juice-aisle codes.
A visual system around the logo
Logo, typography, colour, illustration and graphic devices, defined as a system that works on a 150 ml bottle, a shelf strip and a phone screen. For Barakat, two typefaces drawn for Arabic and Latin together, so both scripts carry the same weight.
Designed to live on pack
Most identities are designed on a white page and break on a curved label. Ours are designed with the packaging from the start, because for a food or drink brand the pack is the main media.
Launch assets
We adapt the identity for launch: e-commerce listings, social templates and campaign visuals, plus shelf material when the retailer allows it.
Who we work with
New brands preparing their first launch, established companies rebranding or extending a range, and larger groups with an ambitious project. Always in food, beverage and FMCG.
