When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter (name, email, phone, country, company, job title, website, how you heard about us and your message) for one purpose only: answering your request and, if you wish, preparing a quote. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages.
Your data is read only by Prowlup and by the technical providers that carry the message to our inbox, acting on our instructions. It is never sold or used for advertising. We keep it for up to three years after our last exchange, then delete it.
Like any web host, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security purposes, for a limited time. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy, by writing to contact@prowlup.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
